No Catalog Found error in Sitecore Experience Commerce

After creating a new plugin for the payment gateway and bootstrap the values in the commerce engine suddenly the [No Catalog Data] error is coming up on the storefront website. I find the following error in the log as well:

I have checked the /Sitecore/Commerce/Commerce Control Panel/Storefront Settings/Storefronts settings but everything is fine over there as well. After going through several json settings and files I found that some of the Commerce Engine services are not started.

So I got the Cmd(Command Prompt) as administrator and reset the IIS using IISRESET command and the error is gone. Cheers!!!
